Mi Pueblito Mexican Restaurant
2123 Malcolm Ave, Newport, Arkansas, 72112, United States
The very best Mexican food I have ever eaten. I had "Arroz Mi Pueblito", which was beef and chicken, white queso, and rice. I was served fresh baked chips, and salsa pre meal, and the chips tasted so good! The meat was fresh, and didn't taste like the faked Mexican food prevalent in the US. It was juicy and fresh. The cheese sauce was delectable, I caught myself almost drooling smelling my plate when it arrived! Rice is rice, but this rice had corn in it, and that made it special. Just WOW!
I'll be there again today, and anytime I'm back in this town I'll seek it out.
Excellent.

Pizza Hut
305 Highway 367 North, Newport, Arkansas, 72112, United States
Good pizza, excellent service. No trash receptacle was a curve ball, but refreshing. The buffalo chicken pizza is great, minus the veggies, or sub jalapeños for the banana peppers.
Overall good. I'd do 4.5 if I could.

I have a 30 min. lunch break i didn't make it from the speaker box to the pay window in less then 25 mins. The lady at the window was to busy having a 10 min conversation with the car in front of me about last weekend and how she wasnt there by the time i actually made it no one was even there and i never paid..it was 230 am and there were only 4 cars in line ahead of me..its called fast food for a reason theres no way it should take more the 15mins..so why am i waiting dang near 30 just to pay?.and on top of that tbe orders are never right. Poor poor business..i hate going there anytime but they seem to be the only place open here..

The Subway at Walmart is the better choice of the two options in Newport. The staff is friendly and efficient. The food is fresh and delicious. A clean restaurant and very convenient given it's location.
