Just ordered 3 sandwiches on 2 different types of bread (flatbread and Italian herb and cheese) all of which were dried out so bad they were crumbling and falling apart. None were toasted one was just warmed (the italian). The flatbread was so dried out it completely fell apart and had to put the meat on regular bread.

this was disgusting. we went thru the drive - thru. (the only vehicle in the whole parking lot), besides the employee working vehicle (at least I'm assuming that's who's it was. ) there wasn't anyone sitting in-side. Anyway, we ordered our food. the guy working messed up our order .PLUS, we get home and start taking out food out and there was a FLY embedded in one of the biscuits!! it was gross!! so nasty!! how do you NOT see that!! WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!

The staff was excellent at cooking but not so much at cleaning tables and floors.
The shop is in serious need of repairs and a fresh in up.

When people ask me to suggest a good authentic Mexican restaurant in Springdale, Charly's is always the first place I choose. Food is amazing. Staff is friendly. Music is NOT too loud. I recommend the asada grande burrito.

Mediocre. Wait staff very pleasant and very helpful due to buffet issues. Restaurant was clean but the breakfast buffet lacked. The poached eggs were hard boiled and the scrambled eggs were cold. The toast was rock hard and cold also. Hash browns were like warm. It was first time going and it was an route home from a medical procedure. Can't say I'll be back, however.

Great food, reasonable prices, good margaritas, good chips and salsa (spicy but not deadly so), quick and friendly service. The flan is the best we have had in NW Arkansas! We will be back!
