Worst servince they had is waiting for about 40 min and when we called and asked if order was ready if not we wanted to cancel cus we were waiting for so long and the girl didn’t answer the question she just automatically said ok canceled and when we called again they ignored us by the intercome and trying to get a workers attention that walked by horrible service with the empoloyees

Had the lunch buffet and the pizza was cold and hard. They didnt tell me that it was closing when i bought it and cleared it out after i got my first plate. The price was reasonable and the environment was nice. The arcade for the kids was a lot smaller than it used to be.

Usually okay, clean and friendly. Once had a cold chicken burger so no longer order chicken burgers. Otherwise, good selection, clean and friendly team. Even during lunch rush they tend to hurry up and apologize for the wait time.

We drove all the way to Madera to have Black Bear Diner since it was my first time. My boyfriend said that he used to frequent the first location near Mount Shasta when they first opened. I ordered the vegetarian taco salad. They subbed the meat for a chopped veggie gardein Patty for me. The salad was very fresh and the flavor was amazing. My mouth still waters just thinking about the food...🤤

Honestly, this is the nicest Wendy's I've ever gone to. The food was piping hot, the place was clean and has clearly been updated and remodeled recently. There was even a big screen TV! I wish my local Wendy's was as nice as this one!
