My 4th time here bringing tourists from The Netherlands to have the same experience. Ordered a burger this time.... was not only disappointed in the charcoal taste of the burnt onions and dry hard fries but also in the fact that I was given back the fries on a small plate and the next burger was without the onions..... because they did not want to repeat the 'mistake'....
No apology from any manager, no compromise of any sort or even the slightest offer of any kind and the full bill was charged. Not the way to go to keep customers! Too bad!

My friends and I went here for dinner while staying in Radium, the food was great. Authenticly Austrian and downright delicious. Service was good too and the ladies who worked there were humerous and added to the experience.
