STAY AWAY!!!
The Callingwood location is a disgrace! First, you will wait forever for your pizza to arrive. We ordered ours at 6.30, with the quoted time of delivery of 7.20 and the driver came almost 2 hours after the order. Not surprisingly, the pizza was barely warm. We refused the order and called the store. Guess what - no acknowledgment of any issues, no apology, nothing. The DO NOT CARE! We were told to order again and wait again! The customer service was not helpful at all. Basically - everything is up to the store. We were given an option to contact the head office and, when I ask if they can contact us, the answer was a "NO". So proceed at your own risk...
Subway
6921 172 St NW, Edmonton, Alberta, T5T 5Y1, Canada
Horrible experience. They charge more than other subway locations, plus I had to ask for more lettuce in my salad 3 times, and it felt like she was adding one shredded leaf at a time. They bring a whole new meaning to the word frugal. Do yourself a favor and drive up the road to a different location. Two thumbs way down
