The owner is great! The one thing I like about this company is that they were very honest and upfront about everything. Not to mention that the owner personally came out, hand delivered my quote to me and was also the one who installed my roof. I felt more comfortable about getting my roof done knowing that he was the one actually doing the work and that everything we had discussed would be done according to my requests and concerns. I was not disappointed at all

Absolutely disgusted. I had a quote of between 600 and 1200 to repair what they said was "flashing issues." There were two workers there for a total of 3 hours and was billed $800! (at most two bundles of shingles and piece of flashing for materials)....... Completely feel like we have been ripped off.

Ok to start we had our roof done 3 years ago. They came in and did a great job time wise. 2 days in and out. After the first rain we noticed where all the valleys on our roof the water would just stream off the roof completely missing the gutters, we had two valleys from the roof by our front door causing the rain to pour down by the front door and totally miss the gutter. We phone the owner and informed him. He said he would come by and fix the issue. 2 weeks later we phone again, again someone would come and fix the issue. Needless to say they never came and corrected / fixed the issue. This issue is caused by the shingles being to far over the lip of the roof. Poor install. Further more they did not use and tar paper under the shingles. Which is a second defence of leaks. We would not recommend this company to replace your roof. Poor follow up to problems after install no support. Cut corners to save money.

Great service

I have used Bill for several projects of mine over the past year ranging from rehanging a 30' long 6" gutter to a 60' long 5" gutter to even repairing a 6' section of roof. Bill's guys are fast and courteous and I couldn't be happier. Not to mention the prices aren't bad either.

Great friendly people

We were tired of replacing shingles that never lived up to their guarantee. Wanted a roof that we would not have to worry about. Calling Gerard was the best. We love our new roof and it looks fantastic. The workmanship was great and there was no mess afterwards. What was really nice to see, was that they called after the winter to make sure everything was fine. We would certainly recommend Gerard Roofing and the comments we have had on how beautiful the roof is and that people can't believe it's metal have been great. Thanks for a roof we don't have to worry about anymore.

The name of the company says it all. When you decide to make such a big investment you want the best quality work for the best price & though AM wasn't the cheapest, I know I made the right choice. We got top quality workmanship. The crew was on time, they were courteous, and they cleaned up at the end of each work day, leaving my home just like they found it. We got proposals from about 6 different roofing companies & after you talk with that many people you know a little something. Troy Spencer came out & knew just what we were looking for, he saw the mistakes that was made before and told me how they would correct them. Highly experienced and exceptional service.

Mike and his team did excellent work on my roof. After completion there was no debris left anywhere. You would not know anyone was working there other than the new rubber roof. I highly recommend this company.
