I first called this company at the beginning of March after major damage to my roof due to a wind storm. Was told somebody would come on Friday to give me a quote. A week went by, and I never heard back from them. Called several times and left messages, finally another appointment was made. Stayed home all day a second time, nobody showed up and nobody called to say they were not coming. After a couple more missed appointments, someone came by and gave me a quote on April 8. I agreed to the quote and contracted them to do the work, and was told they should be doing the work "probably the second or third week in May." By the end of May, I had not heard back from them, and called again. Several unreturned messages later over about a week, and the salesman finally called back and said there had been a weather delay, and the crew should arrive next week. In all, there were dozens of missed appointments and date changes over the summer. In each case, I had to call after staying home all day waiting to find out what was wrong - they never called me directly to tell me the estimated start date had been changed. Finally, near the end of the summer, someone in the company saw that I had expressed frustration to a friend online about the continual runaround the company was giving me, and the owner said he would not be doing any work for me. If he had said that back in early spring when I first called the company, I would have had the chance to get another company in. But since he waited until summer was almost over, there was no time left to get another roofer to do the work until after a long winter with a badly damaged roof. No idea yet how many tens of thousands of dollars I will lose due to all the interior damage from going through the winter without a sound roof. All of which could have been avoided if the company had just acted honestly in the first place and said they did not know if they would have time to do the work, so I would have had the freedom to look for another company.

Not even a stitch of mess was left after they completed the job. The McLean crew left the premises spotless every day and we will certainly call them again for any work required in the future.

Highly recommend Platinum Roofing. I had quotes from over 10 different roofing companies and Platinum Roofing had the overall best price for the best product. In the last 2 years, several of my neighbours have had their roofs re-shingled and mine is far superior to all of them with the best written and transferable warranty (50 year). The quality, workmanship and professionalism exceeded my expectations. If you do your research you will find that Platinum Roofing has the best dollar per value.

Great attention to detail at fair price.

Avoid this roofer. It costs less than other roofers but the quality of the work is poor. After they re-roofed my house in 2015, my garage started to leak when it rained. I called Steven (the owner of the company), he just quickly did some chucking. But it leaked again during the next rain. I called Steven again, then he started to blame my eavestrough that water couldn't get through quickly. I didn't believe my eavestrough was the problem because it had been working well before the re-roof. But steven insisted he couldn't find anything wrong with the new roof. Then from time to time, the roof leaked when it rained. Finally, I called up another roofer for a second opinion, this roofer immediately pointed to me that the flashing was installed poorly with a lot of gaps and holes in the connection. He helped me to re-seal all the flashing and the leaking problem was resolved. But I had to pay $450 for the poor work that Magnum roofing left to me. I was very disappointed and frustrated with this roofing company. Avoid Magnum roofing if you don't want to have a leaking roof,no matter how cheap they could done the work for you.

An absolutely amazing operation !!!!!! We had a complete gutter replacement done on our two story home in Canton. From our salesman Dwight to Keith and finally to our installer Bob and his crew it was a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend using Pro Home Improvement for any of your home improvement needs. We will most certainly use them again. Warranty far exceeds competitors, Price was exceptional, Color matched perfectly , Crew arrived early and completely cleaned up when finished.
