J'ai engagé Toitures O Sec pour faire les travaux de ré-installation complète de tuiles de bardeaux et ventilation sur mon toit et je suis extrêmement satisfait du tout. Ils ont dépanné dans une des pires situation, et en plus on découvert quelques petit problèmes de concept original de la construction ancienne, qu'ils ont rectifiés et depuis notre isolation et ventilation dans le grenier est beaucoup mieux. Excellente équipe respectueuse et consciencieuse avant et après les travaux pour le nettoyage du terrain aussi. Merci! C'était la plus basses soumission, mais j'ai choisi quand même par ce qu'ils étaient plus organisés, plus rapide pour réponse et m'ont donnés l'impression d'être beaucoup plus sérieux que les autres soumissionnaires.

I had two home roofs done by Westars in the past two months. Both jobs were done with professionalism and care. The contact with the salesperson was great throughout. I was quite concerned about making such a big decision for two residential roofs at the same time, not knowing any local roofers. I called a few for quotes, and Westar was the most professional and courteous for the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. One roof was on a rental property in Ile Perrot, and the second was on my home in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue. Very pleased with the results and with the work and clean up by the two work crews.

I called them recently with a problem, several years after they installed my new roof . Francis was there the very next day , sent a gentleman onto my roof to discover my problem , which incidentally had nothing to do with the roofing work. Then he went out of his way to help me address my newfound chimney problem. I highly recommend this company! I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism - from their quick response to my estimate request and prompt scheduling, to the quality work and follow up. On top of that, the estimate quoted was more competitive than 3 of their competitors without having to haggle. Customer service is a priority for MD and there was always someone available to answer my questions. It's nice dealing with an established, long-standing family business from the area. One point of contact throughout the job and they always made me feel like I was their top priority. The estimate process was detailed and their checklist answered all of my questions before I could ask them. No joke. I have zero knowledge when it comes to roofing, so I printed out some "Make sure you ask your roofer...." checklists from 2 different websites. The MD quote hit every point and didn't miss one. The work that was performed was top quality. The workers were polite, friendly and professional and at the end of a long work day they took the time to make sure I was up to speed with progress and what was left to be done without feeling hurried. When they finished, it was like they were never there. All debris was completely removed and the sweep they performed after-the-fact made sure there was nothing left behind, including those pesky roofing nails. This was extremely important to my wife and I as we have a 2 year old and it's summer, so she's constantly running around our property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MD. Great job all around. Great people, quality products, impeccable service, at a price that couldn't be beat.
