Roofing

We were very happy with the service and final product from Watershed. They arrived when they said they would, and were done on time, and as quoted. The entire roofing crew were courteous and the business side of things very professional. The job involved stripping the old shingles, inspecting the plywood to make sure it was in condition to last, and then the install including proper ice shield under the shingles. I highly recommend Watershed for residential roofing.

If you need a flat roof -call these guys. Great service, great prices and great quality workmanship. Real pros and highly recommended and I am a pain in the ass high maintenance customer.

I had obtained two quotes for my rental house and chose Catalina for the price as well they just completed my carpool buddy's house. The work Craig and his team did was excellent, kept informed of boards needing replacement (only known once old roof torn off), right through to completion. The roof looks great, the job excellent, better ventilation, neat, tidy job. Highly recommend Catalina !

The Aucoin crew was very professional. Everyone was tasked and knew exactly what needed to be done. Was actually considering doing it myself and was glad I contracted it out.

We needed some work done on our roof, due to damage caused by Raccoons. My wife found D'Angelo Roofing online and read the reviews, which were very good. We met with the Sales Manager - Josh S., who was very good, very helpful, friendly and professional. He worked with us to ensure we received the best deal possible. The price quoted was a little high, but the quality of work done made it worth every nickel. The work was completed in a timely manner. Their work is of a high quality, professional and top-notch means. I would highly recommend D'Angelo Roofing to anyone, and would definitely refer them to speak with The Sales Manager - Josh S. Thank you for an excellent job well done!! The Georges

professional and curteous. Cares about the work they do

Ok to start we had our roof done 3 years ago. They came in and did a great job time wise. 2 days in and out. After the first rain we noticed where all the valleys on our roof the water would just stream off the roof completely missing the gutters, we had two valleys from the roof by our front door causing the rain to pour down by the front door and totally miss the gutter. We phone the owner and informed him. He said he would come by and fix the issue. 2 weeks later we phone again, again someone would come and fix the issue. Needless to say they never came and corrected / fixed the issue. This issue is caused by the shingles being to far over the lip of the roof. Poor install. Further more they did not use and tar paper under the shingles. Which is a second defence of leaks. We would not recommend this company to replace your roof. Poor follow up to problems after install no support. Cut corners to save money.

Absolutely disgusted. I had a quote of between 600 and 1200 to repair what they said was "flashing issues." There were two workers there for a total of 3 hours and was billed $800! (at most two bundles of shingles and piece of flashing for materials)....... Completely feel like we have been ripped off.

Did damage to my friends mom's vehicle

Cambridge Roofing just finished doing our roof and I have to say I was pretty impressed. Before even getting quotes I watched a lot of youtube videos on roofing to find out what to watch for. One thing I learned is that the installers are extremely important! Don't scrimp on the installers is what I heard. So I got three quotes and although Cambridge was the middle quote I picked them based on their reputation and a recommendation from a friend who had used them previously. One thing I liked in the quote was a list of houses with each colour of shingles that they had done that we could drive by to see what it looked like on a roof. A nice touch that we made use of. We have a Cape Cod style house so not an easy roof to do (steep in the front and lots of details around dormers). The team of 8 arrived on time and started at it. To watch them work was an education, definitely a well oiled team that knows how to work together, and obviously quite experienced. As I had watched lots of videos I figured I had a pretty good idea about the dos and don'ts and from what I saw they were doing all the dos and none of the don'ts. Overall quite impressed with the work (and the cleanup), and (even though we live in Waterloo,) I think we made a good choice going with Cambridge Roofing.

Replaced our roof a couple of summers back. Crew broke patio furniture and damaged guttering and fascia during install. They did not mention any of it when we returned home, and we noticed it when we inspected the work carefully the next day. They removed the cost of the (cheap) patio furniture from the install invoice but, now two years later, have done nothing about the damaged fascia despite multiple phone calls, which are never answered by a real person. The shingles are looking fine but I would not recommend Belmar for attention to detail or customer service.

Whatever you do, do not use this company!! They did shotty work and we found out after gutting our kitchen the mess they left under the shingles. They ignored our calls and emails for 3 months until we filled a BBB claim against them. After promising to return mid June 2017 the BBB closed the file, and you guessed it; they never showed up. After almost 7K for a roof we now are at risk of leaking into our brand new kitchen and Richard of Desi roofing and his team show no professionalism or ethics. Avoid this company.

We had a wonderful experience with Deluca Roofing. Our shingles needed to be replaced after that awesome display of wind gusts, I called Deluca because they installed our roof 8 years ago and they were here the next day swiftly fixing our missing shingles. We would totally recommend Deluca. Customer service and the roofers were all friendly

Great company excellent work big on safety.

Carmen was our savior... We we're ripped off by another roofer. Carmen came to our rescue. She was amazing! My wife cried on her shoulder and totally called her down after our fiasco. Carmen was super with pricing too after the other roofer put 2 layers of shingles on our roof. Raintree roofing was amazing from beginning to end. There crew was fantastic, the roof looks great and the there clean up... We can't thank Carmen and her crew enough! Thank you for all your hard work and help with our roof.
