Complete Roofing

I just moved in a house that had the roof replaced by this company and this week I'd a leak in the house, I called them to come and check it and here is the surprise, they told me your warranty is not transferable although the documents I've state so, and more to that they are very unprofessional in dealing with customers, the one who answered the phone said "I've other work to do and hang the phone on me" .
[update] The owner finally reached out and they sent someone to look at the issue.

Our experience with this firm was excellent. They just completed a new roof on our country property. The workers arrived on time despite the distance from Brockville. They worked hard and were considerate. The owners/managers visited and helped us decide to add gutter guards. Thank you again 1Above Custom Roofers

We highly recommend this company. We had a wakefield steel roof installed and are delighted with the results. The roofers were polite, professional and cleared the remnants at the end of each working day. Greg's attention to detail is evident in the final result, which is nothing short of stunning.
Rick's Roofing
Perth, Ontario, K7H 3C3, Canada
Rick's Roofing tore off my double-shingled roof which was in bad need of repair and installed a new fibre-glass shingle roof. Right from the start Rick was very professional, polite, and knowledgable. He instilled confidence and proved choosing him was the right decision. Throughout the process Rick and his crew showed the utmost attention to detail, were polite and friendly, exercised skill in the application of shingles, vents, and flashing, and did a great job at cleaning up. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job well done.
Thanks Rick!
