Had a great experience buying a pair of ski boots last month. The staff was really friendly and helped me get boots that both felt comfortable and fit my price range. The custom booting fitting was great, and nobody tried to up-sell me on anything. Would definitely recommend, and I'll be back for sure.

Brought in a bike wheel for a couple new spokes and truing. Was done the same day ( a couple hours later ) and the price was HALF of what I expected. Thank you Guys !!!

Don't get to go to concerts every year but when I do, I always have a great time at DTE aka Pine Knob! Staff is very helpful and courteous with our Down Syndrome Adult Son. Who's recovering from Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. We use a wheelchair for him because he gets tired easily. Thank you again to the staff!

These folks are taking customer support calls from Austin Canoe and Kayak because ACK's customer support is so terrible that they can't handle it themselves. Summit, on the other hand, did an excellent job of attempting to take care of my needs. Unfortunately, entirely due to ACK and not Summit, I still have not resolved the issue. Buy from Summit. Also, major props to Angela who spent an absurd amount of time on the phone with me trying to figure this out, rather than just blowing me off like ACK did.
