Excellent work. Expensive but worth the money.

The staff here are very friendly and professional. I absolutely love the work I had done, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Had to walk out after 4 hours not getting a tattoo, sent the design months prior but Glen insisted on changing small aspects to make it “unique” and “custom”(he informed me of this when arriving, NOT before paying 500 to book the app) We agreed on a design however, he said he had never drawn this type of style before and decided to sharpie the design on free hand. The portions and placement were extremely off and when asking to alter sections began to accuse me of micromanaging (on the first request).If a stencil had been used alterations could have been easy, but it took 2-2.5 hours to sharpie it on. He said that restarting anything below the face was not a option (but it was misplaced and under-sized) he only agreed to re-size certain top aspects which he later agree looked better. I then noticed he had forgot and entire section, so he hastily drew it on nothing like the original in the reference. Email if you want to see what I was asking for vs what I got (in sharpie).

This place rocks!!! They are soooo nice and Duffy did both my boyfriend an I tattoos they both turned out incredible!!!

HH is amazing. He really is an artist. My work healed in just a few days, never scabbed, didn't hurt, and he's a very talented tattoo artist.

Shop was super friendly, emailed me frequently, (being that I was an out of town customer) scheduled me for the day I was visiting, took care of me as soon as they opened, Chad did an awesome job with my tattoos and the friendly staff also took care of my friends and scheduled them as immediately as they could, and rachel did an awesome job taking care of my friend and his tattoo idea as well, would recommend for absolutely anybody trying to get top quality work at top quality customer service

Absolutely love this shop, it's always clean and presentable. I have followed Danie Dismay to a few different shops. This is by far my favorite. She's the most amazing tattoo artist. Isaac the piercer is calming, explains everything he's going to do and makes amazing jewelry!

My wife and I just got a couple piercings each from Kevin at Happy Dragon, and we absolutely LOVE how they turned out!!! Kevin has a great sense of humor and is an amazing piercer! Highly recommend getting any and all piercings you're wanting from here!!!

Me and my fiance stopped by on a trip through and we worked with Heather. She was phenomenal working with our ideas, made sure we were happy, amazing to talk too, and being my first tattoo made sure i was comfy to get through the tattoo. Would always recommend to anyone traveling or local to check this place out. They all have amazing portfolios for anyone

I've gotten my ears and nostril pierced here, and recently got a tattoo from David! I can't recommend it enough! Every experience has been a great one!

I really have enjoyed all of my experiences with Fallen Heroes. All of the artists here are very good at their craft. I have had Makai do 3 of mine and every time the tattoo turns out better than I envisioned.
