Staff are wonderful! Have had all my piercings done at DragonFX and they always turn out amazing. The piercers and front end staff are extremely helpful and always help me with any questions I may have. The selection of implant grade jewelry is amazing and so many beautiful gold pieces!

Incompetent staff don't even know what a pincher is. Helped a customer who came up to the kiosk after I was already there browsing . Just the worst customer service I've ever seen .

The piercing guy is extremely cocky, rude and entitled. I went in because I couldn't get my earring off after 8 weeks and it was bothering me. After explaining my situation and concerns to the piercer he raised his voice at me infront of other customers and told me I was taking care of my earrings all wrong, he was really entitled, high on himself and didn't even try to listen to my concerns but then kept telling me I wasn't listening to him. Honestly If i could give the guy a -5 stars I would because in what universe does a customer with a concern want to be yelled at for expressing it?

What shined to me was the honesty in their service, and the fact that you truly get what you pay for. The technician told me plainly and truthfully, that a treatment I was very eager to get done, won't work on my skin when they could have easily taken my money. Instead they offered me alternative solutions and set me up with an appointment to see a dermatologist. I did however become a returning customer, and have been very satisfied with the results I received from their Thermage treatments.

This shop is amazing. Clean with a cool vibe. Incredibly talented artists at this location. John Roberts and Scottie Ford are brilliant artists. Would recommend Boss tattoos to everyone looking to get a tattoo.

Been getting tattooed from Colin for about 10 years now easily , I’m 70% covered , amazing artist , i explain what I want and he’s able to do it up exact ! Highly recommended ! Uses top quality stuff and shop is always super clean !

I recently had my first Thermoclear RF and Laser Genesis treatments for sebaceous hyperplasia and rosacea. First off, I would like to comment on how professional, friendly and accommodating all the staff are at Fresh Laser Skin Studio. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and at ease. I had my initial consultation with Coral. She was so welcoming and kind. She knew within minutes how to treat my skin condition and explained the procedures thoroughly. I had my treatment 4 days ago and this is the best my skin has looked in years! I'm looking forward to my next treatment already. Be mindful there is some healing time with Thermoclear RF, but it's minor given the results you will see! I've suffered in silence for a few years and was sometimes embarrassed of the bumps. I finally decided to do something about it. If you are feeling self-conscious about your skin condition, this is the clinic to go to! Don't wait as long as I did. Thank you to Coral and your whole team!! You all do Amazing Work!!

Strongly recommend this place! I've gotten multiple piercings from them and it is always super clean and the staff are super friendly. I always feel very welcome to come back with any questions I might have and they always help me out free of charge even with taking out and putting in new piercings.
