I went in for a consultation, the staff were welcoming and served me tea while I waited. Jennifer was not rushed and spent the time to explain things clearly. As a scientist it was nice to hear the rational behind her recommendations.The consultation was professional, friendly and honest.

Not being a really fancy or over-the-top kind of girl, I was apprehensive botox and dermal fillers would change the way I look. I don't need to have lips like Angelina Jolie. But after having been with Angela- my skin-care technician at Skinpossible- for two years now, I can honestly say I look and feel more youthful and beautiful than my 42 years. At first I just got botox, and loved the results. To date I have also had dermal filler in my lips and most recently my cheeks. Y'all, I'm hooked! Angela and I were joking, because some people put aside monthly to splurge on a Louis Vuitton bag. Me? I put aside money monthly to look my best beautiful self. For me, it is an exquisite form of self-care. About Angela: Always I feel in completely capable, competent hands. With her background in nursing, and her gentle, caring manner, she patiently answers all my questions, quells my fears, and celebrates my new beauty. She is gifted at her craft, and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone considering a fresh, rejuvenating look.

I would highly recommend Hailan for any procedure, her passion for the work she does is far beyond what I have experienced anywhere else. I had by eyebrows done and the time she took with me the 1st time was so thorough so I totally understood the procedure. Then when I had a touch up done a year later...I was totally amazed at how much time & dedication she gave me to be sure I was totally happy with the results....which I am very satisfied. I recently had my first Thermoclear RF and Laser Genesis treatments for sebaceous hyperplasia and rosacea. First off, I would like to comment on how professional, friendly and accommodating all the staff are at Fresh Laser Skin Studio. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable and at ease. I had my initial consultation with Coral. She was so welcoming and kind. She knew within minutes how to treat my skin condition and explained the procedures thoroughly. I had my treatment 4 days ago and this is the best my skin has looked in years! I'm looking forward to my next treatment already. Be mindful there is some healing time with Thermoclear RF, but it's minor given the results you will see! I've suffered in silence for a few years and was sometimes embarrassed of the bumps. I finally decided to do something about it. If you are feeling self-conscious about your skin condition, this is the clinic to go to! Don't wait as long as I did. Thank you to Coral and your whole team!! You all do Amazing Work!!
