We arrived extremely early to the Just for Laughs event to ensure my party sat together as this was a first come first serve event. 1 minute before the show started, Marc asked me to move out of my seat because it was ‘reserved’... there was no indication anywhere this seat was reserved. I sat alone the whole night... very rude person, I was embarrassed. They should have been more organized... will not be going back to another just for laughs event with this producer hosting. However, the PHI staff made up for this with their excellent customer service.

Good place to work your french on movie and if you are a student, they have a discount !!

Lovely theater in a lovely location lots of history, the sound is really nice, the crowds are usually nice :)

One of the last great show theatres in Canada. Reasonable prices on shows and constant updates on new productions. Service and sales staff are helpful and don’t try to push tickets on you. I would love to see larger seats, but you can have everything.

The seats were very uncomfortable

A mixed feeling after attending some Zoofest shows at this venue earlier this summer. Nicely decorated and the lighting is just right. Sadly the bar staff were inexperienced, didn't know their bottle/canned beverage selection well enough to realize that they sold apple cider. The seating is very tightly setup which leads to situations where you could end up pressed against a complete stranger's leg for a whole show.

It took a a while to find the upper floor... but the place is very spacious and great for big events!

Place needs to be upgraded. Bathroom hand dryers barely put out any hot air. The seat I sat is was wobbly and the seat cushion was detached. Needs some upgrades.

Friendly staff, comfortable chairs and non-blocking view from any seat!!!
