I was surprised at all the negative reviews. I had a very good experience. In fact; I didn't buy anything at all - the part I was looking for wasn't in stock. Rather than turn me away, or make me wait 3 weeks for Audio Ark to put in an order, the salesman contacted Blackbyrd Myoozik for me, who did have the part. In short? The people here aren't just in it for sales - they truly care about everyone having a good experience with music.

Always a good scare here. Worth the wait but grab the fast pass if you can, especially when it is cold outside. The 2+ hour wait can be killer because of how cold it gets near the end of October

The husband and wife are amazing and are always willing to tell a nice joke and entertain the little ones

After some hiccups and miscommunication between building and Upper Hand on our system install, the owner was very willing to out of his way to make sure we were happy with the install and setup of the product that we purchased. Even weeks after the fact, contacting him on his personal phone he was able to help and answer some questions that I had.

Great except when you end up in the small theatre upstairs.

Had a great time tonight with my Mom and sister! The staff was excellent and showed Mom all the respect and courtesy that anyone her age deserves. She's elderly and tonight was the first movie she had been to since our Dad was alive. So they get top billing with me!

Excellent local theater, great venue for comedy and they have awesome shows produced by the college and independent theater companies

Good seating and viewing for events.

As with all Cineplex all over the globe, the concession food is definitely overpriced and you’ll find that your wallet will be depleted, especially when your family watches a lot of movies. Overall, movie selections are great (obviously) but the staff is a hit or miss. Some are friendly, while others just look at you with a blank expression, which could definitely improve..

City's only theater, and they know it. Prices are the same as at any of the major theaters in larger cities. 3D movies cost more, as you have to spend $3 for 3D glasses that you have to return at the end of the show. You are not allowed to bring in your own glasses. Not very clean.

Its so old school.. Like a good place to watch a scary movie
