The woman at the front desk is lovely and very friendly. I had to wait a little longer for a senior associate because of my papers but she kept me in the loop and worked hard to get me in as soon as possible! Also the woman who processed my return was VERY knowledgeable and fast. Great experience! Will return to St Catharines St Paul st location again!

I went in with a budget and a fairly specific idea of what I needed, and the first thing the salesman suggested was what I ended up getting. And I'm happy with my purchase.

Awesome ministry to children in Hamilton

This is a really bad subway the employees are not friendly always seem angry you got to tell them 5 times you dont want your sub toasted and they never seem to have the bread you want and they use the same knife with out washing or cleaning it after they cut other peoples subs and they rush you when your trying to tell them what you want on tge sub and i seen one guy handle money then hand food with out washing his hands i got sick a few times from eating food there

Excellent service today by Brian at the deli counter and Hasam in the grocery department for their outstanding service today! I was so very pleased with the help that I received from both of these young gentlemen!!

Best Buy is a great place to buy electronics and such! Much money has been spent here over the years, and every experience has been top notch. Sales staff are friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. No sales pressure whatsoever. The recent renovations really enhance the experience.

I've gotten a few things here now, every everytime I'm there I get treated very well by everyone. Richard has been very helpfull with everything I've needed and the staff remembers me which makes me very happy. I feel if I send people here they will be treated well, and be helped better then say other stores like the brick, and best buy I will no longer be shopping anywhere else for my electronics, been told they can also get brands like palacer and other things like furniture. When I move to my house I'll be needing some new things and would love to continue to support an all Canadian company. Thank you all so much

Brought my 2 year old, she loved it! It's very affordable ($2 per adult, $4 per child, or $9 for a family). They have an area full of random toys, set up crafts, and an area to eat any snacks you bring. Then they have a few other 'theme' rooms that are roughly based around being a pirate (a ship galley for cooking, a partial ship for running around on, an area for fishing, fort building etc)
