Towing

Locked our keys in our truck while out at Rock Point Provincial Park for the day so we needed help asap! They were here and gone inside 30 minutes from the time we called. Super friendly guy with a good sense of humor arrived to help. They were AWESOME from start to finish! Thanks for saving our beach day!

I always take my car here for service. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Fair prices and they do a good job.

A real full service station. Nice and old Timey.

Shady Do not use thes people

Yes we did have a lot of damage, but that’s not the customers fault. Trailer had been in twice already for awning issues. Just glad my kids weren’t under it at the time. I’ve had to try and chase answers down since the appointment it was book for August 13, and still haven’t even started repairs. Beyond frustrated with this situation. Ruined my kids summer having to cancel trips. Just want it fixed to make memories for my kids. All they care about is pushing units out the door. Great experience with our sales rep. Bought new to avoid other people’s issues. Sicard has had the trailer more then we have been able to use it. Currently had the trailer for three weeks with a a defect that should be covered under warranty. They haven’t even ordered the parts to fix it. They also can’t even tell me when it will be started. Two years in a row they have had the trailer more then us. Had to brake my kids hearts when canceling the last few trips. Which I lost also lost a lot of money on and Sicard doesn’t care at all. Do not buy here. I know things happen that they can’t control, but they are not willing to help at all. Shouldn’t have to chase them down for answers.

Adam and his family are great! Helpful and knowledgeable and good rates!

pat in parts always top notch guy.

Thanks again for coming to help us out last night when our truck broke down.

Great job guys, great job. My 944 looks stunning after you dealt with repainting the hood :) and thank you so much for steaming the inside also - that was above and beyond :)

They fix your truck, they sell you a truck, they rent trucks. They listen to your concerns, and act on your wishes. I had a rather long wait, but you can't fault them for that, since it wasn't an easy issue to track down. Bonus is if you have to stay overnight in that area, there's lots of food and a hotel within a short walk. Be sure to ask them about the hotel

Very nice people If you get stuck in the ice like us

called the service through CAA I also filed a complaint through CAA the driver a man named Ben shows up there's a woman in his tow truck and it looked like her head came up off his lap. He was very chatty talked a lot told me that he was on anti-depressants, and that he just got his job back but he reeked like alcohol. I was very nervous about him Towing my car because of the way he smells and because of what was going on in his tow truck I told CAA it was the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen and then they should reconsider using that company. LMAO A&S towing or the driver Ben flagged my Facebook because of a bad review oh well I'll be back on fb soon and the review will be back.

This company was contracted by the OPP to tow my car in March of 2018. The tow truck driver loaded my car onto a flatbed and towed it to the Car Care Centre impound lot. Less than 24 hours after my car had been towed I contacted the Car Care Centre to retrieve some personal items out of the car and my brand new GPS had been stolen out of the car along with the mounting device. Someone had rifled through my car and took my old GPS which doesn't work properly out of my console and placed it on the front seat hoping I wouldn't notice the switch up. I reported it to the owner who said he would look into it and then got back to me saying no one has claimed responsibility for stealing it. When I went back a few days later to pick up the car it was obvious someone had rifled through my car again as some things weren't in their proper place and I was told by the tow truck driver that several people had access to my keys while it was sitting in the lot. I DON'T RECOMMEND using this tow truck company unless you want to risk losing your valuables and having someone rifle through your car. I don't understand how such a company can be contracted to do work for the OPP and CAA if they have such lax regard for the security and safe keeping of your vehicle and their contents. I don't even want to give them a 1 star rating but google doesn't allow you to give negative stars.
