Samedi 18 août 2018 partant de Bonaventure et de retour de vacances, nous avons eu un problème mécanique pas loin du Relais de la Vallée. Le propriétaire a fait tout son possible pour trouver le morceau défectueux mais en vain. Très accommodant il nous a prêté une auto jusqu'au mardi suivant où il a pu réparé notre véhicule. Consumer beware!
Dave Brown is very unprofessional. He was unable to provide a guaranteed estimate without an appointment but then refused to set an appointment to do provide the estimate. ???? Was effectively told on the phone “we don’t want your business.” Don’t worry Mr. Brown you will never get my business in the future. I took my vehicle elsewhere and feel very lucky I didn’t do any further business with Mr. Brown.
Update: Owner’s Response below doesn’t address the issue, but that’s par for the course.
