I just wanted to toss out a huge shout-out and thank-you to the crew at Rackology on Kempt Road in Halifax, who helped me get jammed bicycle rack off my car, refused to accept payment for their time, and it wasn't even one of their racks! I will definitely return for my next rack.

Booked and paid for a hitch installation online for the next day. Manager called in the morning as I was leaving for the appointment that they were booked, and their next opening wasn't until the following week. Their website still had openings available much sooner.. Now the refund will not be processed for 3 - 5 business days. They shouldn't be taking payment for services and products they can't fulfill. Don't trust the online reservation, call the store.

The search takes 2 min or less by an overpaid, unionized staff member. $199.35 if you simply want to change the name of your business. Again, payment for a primitive action. Please join the 21st century and allow entrepreneurs to register and search names for themselves, we don't need the help or the ridiculous fees. The tipping point of my frustration and writing this review is that I requested that no mail be sent to me and was told that it's mandatory. No online application is available. Please try harder and make more things available online and decentralized.
