I was stuck along with another vehicle who called these guys. I already had someone else coming down, but La Salle towing wanted $160 from me to tow me out first so he could get to the other vehicle. I declined the ridiculously inflated price. He then said he wouldn't help the other vehicle and wanted $100 for coming down. Eventually he said the situation is bull**** and to not call him again and left. He was very rude and unreasonable, and insulted us as well. I advise anyone to take his advice and never call him.

We had a trailer incident today... don't ask. We got to Metro an hour before close. They took a look at our broken trailer. Metro was friendly, knowledgable, and had the parts in stock. We had a very positive experience. Keep it up!!!

Tartan BROKE my cars passenger side window GLASS and then tow it. I parked my car 5 Donald st parking. I went to Toronto at that time and I forget park it in my garage. My car is front wheel drive and it was parked against the wall. Tartan towing couldn’t tow it probably. That’s why tow truck driver broke my window glass, then made neutral in transmission and made it back up way for towing the car. No words to say them.
