Lakeshore Towing

I want Lakeshore Towing and everyone to know that there are still decent people in this world.I didn't get the operators name but he helped my son and myself yesterday( boxing day) when we got stuck in a snowdrift at the Queenston Cemetery in St. Catharines. We live out of town and were visiting. It was like minus 20ish and he was there within 10 minutes and didn't even charge us!! You are a Saint...Thank you!!!!😁🎅

Dave refused to tow a vehicle because he "was feeling a little tired" and "didn't want to". He told me it was inconvenient for him and hung up on me, telling me to "call a cop" if I'm unhappy. When I called back later after being told to directly talk to him about the issue, he got angry I called again and hung up immediately, refusing my tow request, hen refusing to even take my calls. Poor service and a poor person.

I called Garden City Towing due to their high online rating and I am so glad that I did! The owner (I believe his name was Ian) was onsite within 20 minutes and took care of everything very professionally and efficiently. He was lovely to work with and I not only recommend him to others, but I would use him again (fingers crossed that I don’ to).

These Guys were great! Just got to Niagara Falls for our vacation and had truck problems. They were able to get us in right away, fix the problem at a reasonable price and got our truck back to us the same day. Thanks Good Guys for helping us out!
