Had the owner tow me one night. Was pissing rain and he showed up in 15 minutes! Turns out he knows a friend of mine and we started talking. Not only did he not charge me full price for the tow, but dropped me off at my front door! Can't say everyone will have this treatment, but I'll not be calling anyone else. Thanks Kev.

i dropped my vehicle off on Sunday evening using the after hours drop box for keys (very convenient) . my appointment being Monday at 10:00 am. My rear brakes were making a noise. Monday morning i received a call regarding the rear left brake and rotor needing replacement (as i suspected) it was suggested that both left and rear should be done. I was informed of the total cost including tax at this time (i liked that) I did agree and gave them the go ahead and then i was also informed with that that do to the age of the car 2013 that sometimes the calipers would stick and need replacement but they could not tell until they try. Well yes later that day i was informed that one of the calipers was not working and needed replacement again i was informed of the total cost . i was pleased as to how i was kept up to date regarding my car and thus i have no complaints regarding the service and my brakes seem to work great again
