Just bought a Brand New TRAILTECH Trailer after mine was stolen. Looked at and considered many others but decided to stay with the same model as I had before for the last 20 years. Kevin and the guys at Warner were very professional and accommodating. Customer Care and Service was second to none. Good job guys. Very Happy Customer.

I recently visited the store to rent furniture dollies. Upon getting there I was told that the system is showing an outstanding equipment rental from my previous booking. Although I had returned it at the location in time, the CSR was very helpful and prompt in addressing the issue and told us to take the equipment we needed and she will have the previous issue resolved in the time being. I returned the equipment next day and was told by the CSR Andre that the rental was free due to the error made on their part from the previous rental. It was such a lovely surprise and made our day. Really good service and everyone is very nice at the store. will definitely go back!

Terrible told someone would be here in 45 minutes after an hour and a half no one here - call there and they say on way but have to get fuel first? Half hour later still no one what a waste of time. This is who roadside assistance connected with - next time I'll stick to club towing😡

Had a couple vehicles towed with this guy from SGI and stored for week until I was able to pick it up with my trailer. Somehow the batteries went missing as well all the gas was siphoned out. The one vehicles front bumper was half ripped off. I seen pictures of the vehicles and called SGI about the body damage and it wasn't present before the car was towed. He claimed sgi caused the damage. He charged me an extra $50 because the car was picked up a day later and was a late fee???? He got a ticket for having too many bars in his alley. A thief, a lier, I'll never use this guy again. Same dude as abc towing.

Amazing service! helpful staff went above and beyond for my family when we got stuck on the highway. reasonably priced too. Highly recommend!
