Towing

I took my car here because it was close to home and the tow driver told me they were "nice guys". I needed my fuel pump replaced on my Cavalier. They were very nice, got my car in right away and called me to let me know what was going on. They gave me a choice in the price of parts and were courteous. I was happy after I got my car back and paid my bill, excited to be putting it all behind me, but then I found out that replacing a fuel pump should only take one hour of labour. They charged me for three hours, and it looks like they're charging $105/hour. My bill was over $600, and apparently I should've paid less than $400. It sucks because I was looking for a good honest service shop in the area and it looks like I didn't find one.

Nice place, clean, nice staff, best warranty, good service.

This place is run by Dumb & Dumber!! The girl at the front is totally clueless, just sits there looking at you, is no help! Heaven help ya if you do not take an extended warranty, Neil does not like that!! He sold me a trailer that had a few defectives! Still waiting for parts 8 weeks latter!!!!

I have been dealing with this great organisation for over 15 years purchasing 13 vehicles for myself and family. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. A pleasure to deal with, no BS which is something that is foreign to most car dealerships. I to have shopped around and I always end up buying here. It is definitely worth the drive from Ottawa.

No Problems, except they need to remove the number if their not going to answer the phone.

The sales people and staff were amazing and helped me find the exact truck I wanted a great price. Took Dave and Chad 2 days online finding my truck through other dealers and factory. I am very impressed and love my truck.

Fantastic Service. Quick and professional at a great rate. I have used Portage and will continue to use them as long as i need. Brian knew exactly what he was doing and moved our boat smoothly and safely to the water. He even waited until i got the motor running before heading out. Again fantastic service! They went above and beyond.

Always great experiences at this location.

dealing is good and people are friendly

They messed up an ownership on a trailer. They did correct the problem later.

Allison and Betty are so awesome. Very knowledgeable. Allison was wonderful to come in on her day off just to accommodate us. Koodos ladies !!!!

Fast, Friendly and Professional Service. We were stranded on the I-90 last night, called Roadside and they dispatched from Evans. Our experience was nothing about amazing. The truck arrived exactly when we were told it would, our flat tire was changed and we were on our way in about 30 mins. Thank you again for helping us.

My car broke down on 219. Joe's garage cam and gave me a tow 5 minutes before they were to close. They did all the work for my car and at a fantastic price. They even brought out my old parts just to show me how bad they were. Nic was such a great help. I wish I lived closer to this garage. I would come here for all my car needs! Highly recommend this place to everyone!
