Towing

Excellent service! As we pulled in our brakes locked up on our truck. Being from out of town we took a chance and pulled in. Tanya got Rod to look at our truck right away. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back on the road in no time. Ralph even gave us suggestions for supper. I would highly recommend Lakeside Automotive Center to anyone. Thank you all!!

Great place to work

Address on Internet is wrong... Drove to new address displayed on prvious location and closed an hour earlier than the website stated! Total waste of time!

I recently needed a car to replace mine which had died. The problem was I was scheduled to go home to Ottawa in 3 days. I had appointments and family commitments and no car. I called Josh Pringle and told him my dilemma. I needed a used car for work. that I could travel back and forth to Ottawa as well.I had a specific price range in mind and wanted a car with low mileage. Within an hour Josh found me exactly what I wanted, in my price range. It had more festures than I had hoped for and very low mileage. I test drove it and signed the deal and was on my way at exactly the time I wanted. I got great gas mileage as well as a great ride. Quiet and comfortable with lots of pep. Thanks for looking after me James Kohut

Very friendly helpul staff.

It was awesome the food was great and fair price

When our daughter broke down, I placed a call and they had someone to here in less than 20mins. The employee, Curtis, was polite and gave us a good price for the towing. No extra cost for the flatbed.

A place you can trust with top notch service and mechanics!

The two guys in the store were nice and helpful. As for the the guys in the back I'd have to say that they do good work. Recommended

Went here to trade in my vehicle on a Camry. Experience was good up until I landed, as I found out after driving from Kingston that they did not check the Carfax with VIN they were given and tried to turn it around on me that I was not fully disclosing what happened with my vehicle. I answered all the sales persons questions regarding the history of the vehicle when I landed there and even brought the repair certificates with me. John the sales manager made me feel like it was my fault and was not giving basic disclosure. My understanding was that the sales person and manager would check the history of the car with the VIN or call before I came like any other dealership did when I was shopping around. When I emailed the Sales manager he blamed me further, and said that bottom line I was being rude and he was not going to tolerate someone being rude or demeaning to his sales staff, especially a rookie female sales staff. I didn’t realize being frustrated and angry at the fact that the sales person did not do their job was being demeaning. Regardless of gender, I hold people accountable when they don’t deliver a positive customer experience. To top it off the car I test drove had 2000 Kms more then the advertisement, was obviously smoked in and needed breaks and tires, but I was the one who was considered withholding basic disclosure. Edit 1- Response to owner: At no point was I ever asked to leave. It is unfortunate that the story changes with each interaction. Your emails stated I was rude, now it is aggressive and intimidating, hard to keep a narrative straight when it isn’t true I suppose.
