Towing

My girlfriend and I were stranded coming back from a trip over 100 km outside of Calgary. Will (the owner) came and picked us up immediately and we had enjoyable and personable ride back into town. Everything went smoothly and price was very reasonable. Not getting a tow from anyone else in the future!

Crazy towing just happened to be at the place where my car had a flat tire, when no one in any of the nearby stores would help. They were courteous, kind and efficient. We were very fortunate they were there and willing to help immediately.

A driver frm City Wide was doing a police recovery in my alley at 2am last night. It took more than an hour and he had his back-up alarm engaged the entire time, keeping the entire neighborhood awake. I called the dispatch office and spoke to Amanda, who said that since he was there with the police there was nothing she could do since this was normal procedure. Common sense would dictate that he merely exercise some self-awareness and turn off his alarm, but I suppose that you don't care about being self-aware when you rely upon a robust contact with the city whilst showing no concern for it's citizens. It's unfortunate that our taxes pay for that...

We called this towing company when our trailer broke down and had already waited over an hour and a half for cliffs. Called them and they informed us that the guy was in the truck and on his way. 2 hours later He never showed up and cliffs finally did. This toe truck company and cliffs is an absolute joke. Use anyone but them!

I called Number 9 Towing after another towing company never showed up. My car wouldn't start and I wasn't able to boost it. Dennis told me up front that it would be a couple of hours so I was prepared to wait. He came early (within 90 minutes, after warning it could be 2.5 - 3 hours) with a new battery just in case. He got my car started and showed me the damage my old battery was causing. He was honest and told me that if he forced the bolts they would break as they were badly corroded, and let me decide what steps I wanted to take next. I will definitely call Dennis again if I need him and I'll recommend him to everyone I know. Great service, honest, and reasonably priced.

To say he was fast and professional would be an understatement! Great experience and a fair price. I would strongly recommend!
