Called Camelot after no other towing company would show up or answer their phone. They sent out DJ’s towing to come get us. DJ’s was very accurate on the timeframe, didn’t charge more than they quoted, and most importantly - they were dependable! Highly recommended.

Needed a tow for my dead pt cruiser. Quick to answer my call and no wait time. The owner was friendly and clearly knew what he was talking about. The prices were also wicked cheap compared to other companies. I was very impressed with all aspects of the service.

A tow truck appeared in Heath Place crescent on Thursday Dec 27 at 2:00PM and successfully blocked all traffic out of our crescent with the driver still in the vehicle!!. Several attempts were made to ask him to move his vehicle but he simply refused to recognize his POOR parking habit. This driver is unusually rude and has a serious attitude problem!!! He is a disgrace to the St Albert Towing Service.

I had a good experience I broke down in St Albert the driver was quick getting to me at 2am. My vehicle is lowered I asked for a flatdeck and the guy was great, diddnt scrape the bumper once. Ive had some bad experiences with guys scraping my bumpers all up or waiting forever for them to come so I felt compelled to write a review. The driver Allso asked me what was wrong with the car like another reviewer experienced. I'm assuming this was to speed up the process and to let the driver know of any major problems that arnt aparent at first glance to him.

Awesome service. Got stuck in a ditch today on the first snowfall of the year. Called Res-Q Towing and they showed up within 45mins and had me out in 10min. Really fast (considering how bad it is outside) and very professional service!

I hit a deer early in the morning and these guys showed up before the RCMP could. Very friendly service, hopefully I don’t need a tow truck again but if I do I will be calling them.

An absolute pleasure to deal with! My truck was stolen and they have done everything in there power to help as much as they can!!!
