This company had professional staff, right from the receptionist to the service crew. I had an issue with my 5th wheel hitch and Landis went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for any type of repairs.

Service department is satisfactory. I had an issue with a used 2012 Ram 2500 I purchased. I had a disagreement with the Sales Manager and it was NOT resolved to my satisfaction. I will continue to have my Ram serviced there but I will not buy another vehicle there.

I called for a boost for my car that was located in Cochrane! I called big hill towing because I was desperate and needed to get my baby home. Yes it was late when I called, but the company is located in Cochrane so I figured they would be quick and not be expensive. When I called I explained that I didn't need a tow if we can boost my vehicle. Yes he came promptly but he charged me $141.47!!!! For a BOOST!!!! WHAT. Again it's not like I needed him to tow me. I needed a tow in Calgary once and was only charged 95 dollars. I'm sorry but I will not support this local business again. I feel totally taken advantage of. *******i was over priced by mistake and offered the difference back.*********

Thanks Munesh - you did a great job installing the base-plate, tow-bar and surge brake and providing the net stone catcher. The system worked perfectly and I was very pleased with the time and effort expended to do a proper job at a very favorable price - worth coming from Edmonton to Calgary to have the work done as most of the professionals in Edmonton were not clear on what the final cost was going to be. Tim was amazing! My tire blew out on my way to work at 5:50am. I waiting for almost 2 hours because the closest service wasn't taking my call. On 2 hours of sleep he came and got me and didn't charge me for the mileage. All around fantastic service.

These guys helped me out big time. Really appreciated them getting me back on the road quickly. Small towns and small businesses need each other. They definitely stepped up!

I used Jacks to repair damage on my car. They did a great job and cleaned up the inside of my car as well. Highly recommended!
