Towing

Incompetent pig wouldn’t even get out of her truck. She just sat in her truck and argued about nonsense, saying there was no way to pull me out. I called foothills towing instead and they got me out in all of ten minutes. Sorry lady but if you don’t know how to do your job perhaps you should stick to something a little simpler, like eating crayons. Couldn’t even get her toothless man to get out and have a look at the site. Epitome of pathetic. Do yourself a favour guys and just call a real tow truck company.

I have had APL tow my car twice in the last 2 years. My car is low to the ground and is not an easy vehicle to tow and needs to be on a flat deck. On both occasions the driver was very knowledgable and took a great deal of care in loading and unloading my car without damage. Thanks for a consistently great job guys!

Friendly and helpful. We were just passing through fernie and blew a tire with no jack. We hobbled our way here and they got ya in right away, quickly changed it over. Fast efficient and friendly. Great service.

My wife brought our Jeep in to get a "Service 4WD" fault troubleshoot. This particular dealership responded by quoting $120 to troubleshoot and then an additional $1100 worth of work that was unneeded (brake rotors, pads, and transfer case parts that were not broken). I came for the followup and paid for the troubleshooting cost (fine) but after looking at their proposed recommendation walked away. I found out later that there is a technical service bulletin by Jeep that includes a $50 ECM flash to fix this particular problem, far from Fernie Chrysler's $1,100 "fix". In my opinion this dealership demonstrated unscrupulous behavior, and showed their management's true predatory business practices. Please watch out for these guys.

They helped me out when I really need it.

Arranged for this company through CAA to change a tire. When I returned his call, he told me to drive around Fernie first to find a place to fix my tire, or I could drive to Sparwood to meet him. I said he could just come to me and change my tire please. He said he would be 30 minutes, and he arrived an hour and fifteen minutes later. When he arrived he proceeded to tell me that I was crazy for thinking I could drive on a spare, that I should leave my kid at his ball game and drive to Sparwood to get it fixed and that my priorities were screwed up because I wasn’t going to pull my kid from his game so I could go somewhere and get it fixed. You’re hired to change my tire; not give unsolicited parenting advice.

Great experience, no issues no hassle in and out the door. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

I have known a owner for many years. Great guy that takes time to personally train his staff ( where do you see that anymore... these days ). They will treat you well.
