Towing

These guys are amazing. I've got a 2016 Corvette Z06 and was stranded in Golden. Robert showed up in a beautiful rig to haul my baby home for me. I would recommend this company to anybody. Way more professional than any towing company I have ever used. The customer is the most important thing to these guys. Hopefully I never need another tow or recovery but they are the ones that I will use if needed.

Came in without appointment. Had me in and out within a few hours. Front tire balance. Cigs were in car and a mechanic gave me one of his.

Had my Apache tracks installed on my Outlander while I was visiting my good friend. They fit me in on short notice and did a killer job! Highly recommend to anyone looking for great parts or service!

Service was good

Not a happy customer. Our van was broken down just 15 km out of town. They left us baking on the side of the highway at 38 degrees for 3.5 hours. They gave us no warning whatsoever that it was going to take that long to come get us, we could have easily just called another company.

While stopping for gas in Golden, we discovered a hot wheel on our rv. After driving to 2 other tire repair shops who told us it would be hours before they could even look at us, we came across Alpine. They got us in right away, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it in under an hour. Thanks Alpine!

$300 (+tax) labour to change a battery and a fuse. 2.5 shop hours to change a battery and a fuse. I feel I should not have had to pay $500 (parts, labour, and tax) for a new battery and a fuse.

When traveling for work my old school ford diesel broke down. By far he most cordial and friendly towing service. They arrives within 30 minutes and within 10 minutes had me hooked up and towed to a shop.

Very helpful staff and a relaxed atmosphere the girls working were very patient with us while we sorted out a few kinks on our end of things and once we got it all figured out they had us out the door and on the road in no time! Appreciate you’re guys help getting us to our new home!

bad service

They are rude and seem like you are troubling them when you call them so i go in there and they are still rude and act like im a nusense and i ask for a perticular part and they want 350$ for used junk so i call lordco and brand new from lordco is 250$ so why on earth would i buy from them and this isnt the first time this situation has risen from a visit with them call scrap king they are way cheaper and nicer to talk to much worth the little bit longer drive ps scrap kind only wants 150$ for the exact same part
