Needed getting my car out of a very tight spot behind my apartment. Not a lot of room. The driver Chris figured out a plan and got it done quickly and efficiently even with a truck that had a really long flat bed on it. He was really nice through the whole process I really appreciate his work

I was informed of a payment arrangement to pick up my towed vehicle could be worked out with one of the employees. They took my information; driver license, contact info, additional person for contact. I followed up later in the week to complete the process with a rude lady named Monica and she was the most disrespectful and unhelpful person I've ever experienced. She should be fired.

On Sunday, I had the misfortune of severe tire damage while I was passing by the town of Williams while driving North on I-5 to Seattle. I was referred to Sanders Towing for roadside assistance. When my mechanic, Misa, arrived, He quickly assessed my situation. The spare was a full-size tire that I had replaced just days earlier with the new tire that failed. For my safety, he decided to rotate the tires on the right side of my vehicle, putting the more worn tire on the back and the better tire on the front. It was more work for him, but my safety clearly was his top priority. He said, " If it was me, I would get a hotel room and wait for the tire store to open, but..." He could tell that wasn't my plan. "Go slow," he commanded. "If you don't go over 55 miles per hour, you might make it." I took that advice and made it all the way to Seattle. After my arrival, I went to the chain of tire stores that was responsible for the installation of the failed tire and relayed the information my Sanders mechanic provided to me when he removed that faulty tire: "My mechanic said that the folks who put the tire on didn't tighten the lugs properly. Tires can't withstand lateral pressure. Look, the tread ripped right off of the tire here." They were so mortified they had to give me a replacement for free. Thanks to this gentleman's logical assessment, extra work, and excellent and caring customer service I was safe and sound. Thank you to the Sanders Heavy Towing team. You guys rock!

Great towing experience to Houston. Ryan was friendly, chatty and an extremely conscientious and careful driver - which was appreciated in the snowy and icy conditions.

Matt was my night in shining armor today. I called and he said he would be at my house in 10 minutes to pick up the keys and he was. He went and got my Land Cruiser and brought it back to me. Matt was great and the whole process was so easy.

Very good roadside assistance: timely, nice, knowledgeable. They agreed nearby Action Towing (more like inaction) and AAA are terrible: they abandon people and are very rude. But Loural Towing EXCELLENT
