This company is shameful. I was stuck on the road to Bamfield with three flat tires and my two daughters. We were isolated from everything and everyone and outside of cell range. We asked a few people to call the tow company when they got into cell range. Twice a driver from Port Alberni Towing passed our location and assured us they were coming to get us. The delay was just because they were busy, but they would come. At 11:00 at night, and after about 9.5 hours waiting roadside I had my doubts. The wonderful Brad (from Island Drive-in of Qualic Beach) drove by us, and then into cell range, as midnight neared only to be told by the tow company that no one was coming to help us. If Brad had not driven us two hours out of his way to a local hotel we would have spent the night at the side of the road in the middle of nowhere. While I understand tow companies can be busy it seems to be immoral to knowingly leave a woman and her two daughters stranded in an isolated area over night. BCAA should re-evaluate it’s support of this business.

Very knowledgeable guy. Knows and believes in what he is selling. Very rare kind of car salesman.

Thanks Al How refreshing to be treated with such respect when you took the time to diagnose the problem with my MINI VAN ,It cast my mind back to when that used to be normal--LONG SINCE GONE. And not forgetting how kind Ron was. Thanks again for all the effort and total honesty.

I have contracted BCPS for both business and private security services since 2016. Their level of professionalism and prompt response time sets the benchmark high in their field and all staff I've had the pleasure of contacting have proven to be exceptionally capable and courteous . I highly recommend BCPS services!

I had to take our fire department F150 in because the power steering module died. When setting up the appointment I found the counter staff very pleasant and easy to deal with. The work was completed after a three business day delay due to parts availability. It's hard to blame them for that but here are a few things where they need to up their game: 1) I never received a written quote and was given a verbal estimate of about $1800. The actual bill was just shy of $2200. Apparently the verbal estimate didn't include diagnosis, tax or shop supplies. 20% is not the end of the world, but still a bit bush league. 2) The truck came back to me not washed. What auto service organization in this day and age doesn't wash customer's vehicles after doing $2200 worth of work on them? My wife took out 15 year of Toyota in to the Toyota dealer to get the windshield wipers changed and they washed and vacuumed the vehicle. This is one of those things that is so easy to do and it makes Westview stand out when they don't take that step. I'll consider returning to them for Ford specific issues, but I can't see using them for other issues. They're not a bad organization, but they do charge a premium price and I'm struggling to see the premium service.

Willy's Collision has excellent customer service, making sure we had an easy process from start to finish and that we were never without the transportation we needed. The bodywork was very well done and I would definitely recommend them.

How about answering the phone once in a while? Or returning calls?

Always a blast getting towed from these guys.

Manager is a great guy. Really helped us out when we were in a bind. And the reception guy at fix autobody was an absolute champ!

Guy at the front desk was an absolute champ. So caring and considerate of us (who weren't even customers yet) and his co-workers and the business needs. (We were in Tuesday the 19th)
