Towing

Staff is full of angels willing to help someone in need! I cant say enough about how these people helped get my granddaughter back on the road when she was held up out of state thank you thank you thank you

Fast service and very affordable thank you for taking care of my Rig and getting me back on the road fast..

Friendly, helpful and they do what they promise. I tried to get other companies close to home to move my 10,000lb tractor and John's Wrecker Service was the ONLY place that got back to me right away... and followed through with their promises. From their dispatch to their driver. PERFECT!!! Thank you.

I was driving in holland on Waverly road when one of the tow truck drivers cut me off and I had to slam on my breaks nearly hitting the back end of the truck. The two cars behind me followed suit and we all almost got into and accident. When I honked my horn the drive didn’t even look in the mirror. Like he didn’t care. I called the number on the back of the truck and gave them the license plate number to find out it actually was the owner of the company Todd who cut me off and almost caused an accident. I get that your a tow company but that is no way to get business. If I’m ever in need of a tow I won’t be calling them!

Tonight, I needed help! Jeff came and helped me out very quickly. He went above and beyond, was patient and was very professional. It’s nice to be able to call during a crisis and get help so quickly. Great service, great price and very reliable. Thanks to Willard Wrecker service. We count on you and you come through!

When I realized that I was going to need to tow my vehicle today, it wasn’t a happy moment. But the experience with Alliance was actually very pleasant. The driver was prompt and friendly. My car was hooked up and on its way to the mechanic very quickly. I paid cash and the driver even brought me back money when I accidentally over paid him. I hope I don’t ever need a tow truck again, but if I do I will call Alliance Towing Ottawa.
