Towing

Your dispatch told me that your truck will be leaving asap but for whatever reason it took him two hours to get to Dewdney and tower road. I wasted 2.5 hours just for your driver to tell us that our winch out was just impossible to do without using THREE trucks to successfully get us out. Your driver didn't even have proper footwear to be working in mud and was talking like he was an idiot. He literally drove up about 30 feet away from us and then said that he didn't have a good feeling so he didn't want to do it. According to your employee, it would have taken an additional 2 hours (on top of the 2 we already waited) and 3 of your trucks to do a simple winch out. But Club Towing not only got to us within 30 mins, but also properly completed the call within another 20 mins with only 1 truck.

Highly recommend Regina Nissan! Ask for Rohin, he's a straight shooter, who strives to keep his customer happy through the whole process, even if he has to price out 4 different vehicles to get you the price that you want.

Good to deal with.

Whole crew here was awesome to deal with start to finish. No pressure sales and you walk away with an awesome vehicle that they back 100% Highly recommend for new and used vehicles!

These guys are top notch, I went over an embankment wit a truck and trailer and they recovered it without damaging it further and saved the freight as well with no damage. Very professional and I tip my hat to you guys. Thank you very muck

Very fast, very professional, and very courteous. One of the few that could tow my Mercedes when it was stuck in park. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Really great customer service. The girl at the front desk was very kind and personable. Convenient and cheap rates to boot!

Allan is friendly and easy to work with

The driver showed up crisp and clean and knowing his job. Our trailer lost a wheel, and he used 2x4s and mechanics wire to make it safe for us to limp our trailer into town. On top of all that he came to check up on us at the campground after work! Thanks for looking after us!

The guys are great; Making it fun.

Great personal service!

I hit a deer and needed to be towed to a garage. They were prompt and courteous. In addition, the owner went above and beyond trying to find me a ride to get to the nearest car rental agency (which was 120km away!).

Quick, professional service.
