My dad took his truck to get fixed here and told me this horrible story. And he wanted me to write this review for him so no one else had to go through it. He took it in for hail damage and while they had it apart. They didn’t cover any of the inside at all, leaving dust getting into all of the electronics and seats. The interior lights were wrecked and the radio was wrecked due to uncleanliness. They gave him the truck back with all of these things not working. Would not bring any of our vehicles there again.

My service rep Tonight, Jason (#35) was absolutely amazing- he was just the kind of guy that made the situation more relaxed just with his personality- I was anxious about it being super late, and my new vehicle having a flat, and was all around just done, and wanted to get home- Jason was professional, friendly and really put my mind at ease! He helped us out quickly and made sure everything was back in place and that we on the road before he got on his way— even with the negatives of getting a flat an hour from home at midnight - he made the experience a really good one! Thank you so much Jason! I wish I had cash with me to give you! You made me feel so much better about the situation! Stay safe and I was glad to have you as the rep tonight!
