DO NOT CALL THIS TOW COMPANY! They will damage your car and DENY IT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called Becker Bros to tow my new vehicle. When my car was being picked up on the tow truck the front end was dragged across the concrete of the driveway. Also, when my car arrived at the destination it was also dropped and scraped along the concrete. Even though we made the driver aware of the car scraping against the concrete and told him to stop immediately, the trucker continued to lift and drop my car causing damage to my front bumper. Being respectable, I called Becker Bros customer service line immediately after to approach them about the situation hoping for it to be resolved. I spoke to the representative and she called the driver. He had replied to her saying the car was scratched before and that did not happen. He completely lied! I have SEVERAL witnesses who saw this car getting scraped including the Seller of the vehicle! The representative at Becker Bros then responded to me as if I was wrong. After I spoke to the manager he was treating me terribly. I asked to speak to someone above him because I was getting stressed out. He did not let me speak to anyone else and he said “the owners will not return your call”. I am a young woman and they have taken complete advantage of me. They are not paying for the damages or giving me a refund of my tow service. They are trying to fight a 23 year old who is just buying their first new car. This service I have received from Becker Bros is terrible. Never go with this company! I have attached all images of the damage they have done to my new car. I attached the damages they did to the concrete. I took a photo prior to when they arrived of my car with no visible scratches. With proof and evidence of photos the towing company still treated me as if I was wrong. They still had terrible customer service. They were trying to fight me as much as possible so they wouldn’t have to pay a penny. This is not how you treat your customers. When in these situations you need to be understanding of both parties and professional. This company is very unprofessional! I highly DO NOT recommend them.

Great service and great mechanics. I had a flat tire, my insurance company had it towed to these guys. My insurance company only covered the tow and not the tire change. Well, I was unaware that I had to pay out of pocket for the tire change. These guys only wanted $10 which I didn't have on me at the moment. They changed it and let me come back and pay. I really wanna thank Jota Muffler. Since then, they're my go to mechanics. Ive gotten all new tires, brakes, and had an aftermarket exhaust installed by Jota Muffler.

While towing a travel trailer and visiting the area, I required a wheel bearing, rotors and pad. They were great in trying to get me on the road in the least amount of time. Friendly, knowledgeable and great prices. I would not hesitate to recommend this business if you're in need of automotive work.

I had Tow-it-all Inc pick up and deliver a 9x12 shed. Mike was the operator and what a wonderful and professional man. He did an outstanding job loading and unloading and I was charged a very reasonable amount. I would recommend this company for ALL of your towing needs.
