Used to be good service but not anymore. I was towed into their shop last winter and tow operator was very friendly and he was also a mechanic who fixed my truck when we got to garage. I have been back since then and apparently the fellow i was dealing with before quit. Their parts guy was very rude and service tried to fix my truck three times before I had to have it towed to another garage by a different tow company to finally get the truck fixed

Do not do business with these people. They are rude, and hold their customers in contempt. The RV we rented was beat to death. Holes in upholstery, awnings, no window screens, the sewage was not dumped from the renter before us, half the lights wouldn't work and the beds were broken and worn out. Finally I had electrical problems that the Owner claimed were the fault of the Provincial park where we were staying. It was such a wreck that we cut our vacation short for a day because the fridge wasn't working and the food was going bad. I thought when he mailed us a threatening email, with a $400 "Cleaning Bill" it was just to try to intimidate us from trying to recover the cost of the rental. But as I read below, he tries to scam everyone for up-charges after the fact. STAY AWAY FROM A&A RV Rentals in Bracebridge.

A big thank you to the young man who rescued us on the 401 west of Trenton OnRoute on Friday March 16. We were driving a Dodge Caravan and had two young children in our vehicle. He arrived when we were told that he would, but it was the care he took to ensure that our vehicle would not be hit that struck me the most. He purposefully placed his vehicle behind our vehicle and closer to the lane of highway but back far enough that should it be hit, then we would not be. It took a lot to get the spare tire off the vehicle and he worked very hard to get this off. He was very pleasant and we certainly appreciate his service

They helped me fix my car, for a reasonable cost and quickly. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, which was nice.
