On the time under budget in a great job

Great staff!!

Really bad service, I reserved a truck more than 1 month in advance and less then 18 hours before the due date. They said, SORRY we don't have truck for you, we are changing the date for the next day, but we can't garanti you a truck, I was like How is it possible for a company that big to have a bad organization and NO PLAN B!?!?! The worst in that story is that 2 of my friends on Facebook had the same problem. So If you are moving house during the heat period during the 29, 30 of June and 1st of July Don't trust this company !!! I was so lucky to have good friends with car that helped through the moving... I can't imagine the problem that they cause to my friends that ended up paying 1000$ with an other company because they had no other alternative. Also I was suppose be charged 120$ for the truck, when they changed the date, they also up the price to 350!? I was like, really unprofessional, I wish so badly I could give a 0 stars, because that's what they deserve ! I wish I could have a bigger influence on that company to express how bad my experience was ...

Excellent, prompt service! Driver by the name of Taylor S. (the Greek🙂) rescued my car from an embarrassing curb hangup in a busy parking lot. Explained his plan which worked perfectly. Taylor’s friendly, respectful manner went a long way to calm my frazzled nerves

I flew out there to buy a leaf, I put down a $500 refundable deposit so they would hold my the car for me. I ended up buying one somewhere else and I noticed today on my credit card statement that they haven't refunded me my deposit. Currently dealing with this mess, they better refund me the interest as well.

Great place to work

Waited 7 hours on Tuesday for them to tow my car. 4 of them I was with car and finally called a cab and went home. Kept saying another half hour then 45 minutes. Call anyone else!

Excellent and very competent staff

The driver was very angry and rude, but the Owner personally called me and apologized. the call center staff were very helpful and polite. I have never had such amazing customer service, highly recommended.
