I will never ever recommend this Kitchener ticket agent.. to anyone I know . They really don't have a customer service . Where is America the customer service. Because of their misses up service my sister she didn't come to celebrate our new years and she spent three hundred 65 something dollar . All that money went to trash. Don't buy a ticket from them and expect them to fix your problem or either thier on problem. They didn't send me my confirmation until 10 days later by then everything is ruin and they didn't even try to help me . Nothing great come out of this . please please go somewhere else to buy your ticket . I sent the email Air Canada and United also how bad bad customer service...
