Horrible service or NON service!! Went in to get quotes for a river cruise. After 1 hr I still had no firm dates/pricing! I was told they would call me with proper quotes. A week later and I had no call back. I called in and was told they'd call back soon and no call back again.
I instead drove up to Orleans Travel and within 45 minutes, Valerie had us booked in a great cabin and had worked out our flights as well.
Avoid Transat travel unless you want to spend a lot of time to find out you're going nowhere

Wow. Great office. No confusion here. They will work hard to try to find you what you want, and the best possible rate. Very knowledgeable.

I loved the family trip planned by the Algoqnuin team for a cruise leaving Cuba over New Years. it was so economical, and easy...I cannot wait to plan another trip with them.

They dont give you the date you want to travel on nor the airline. They just ask for money first then they wont care what happens after. Very poor customer service.
Handa Travel

I've seen poor customer service before, but what I encountered at Handa Travel was so extreme that it was almost impressive. It's even more shocking since their customer service is supposedly their main selling point. Getting information out of their agent was like pulling teeth, even for basic questions, and the agent would repeatedly ignore the basic information I provided (dates available, price ranges, etc.). It was almost as if the agent was actively attempting to dissuade me from being a customer.
