Great fun on the river. Bit of a walk back to the campsite after tubing, but we didn't mind. Campsites aren't overly private. Website was great in explaining the condition and privacy of each site.

Oct 3, 2018 went with five girlfriends on the Chances R cruise to celebrate a birthday. Not ideal weather at this time of year but we weren't going to let that bother us. It was Captain Phil that was the problem. He had "unhooked the water" so the bathroom was unavailable, and the cabin area was dirty and in disarray. In his words "I felt too lazy this morning to clean"? On our return to the dock his skills at mooring were poor and we sat on board while he struggled and struggled to get the sailboat straightened in the slip. He would claim the wind caught the bow. Well yes, that happens, however for someone who has been doing this for 3 years, in all kinds of conditions, I found his excuse lame. No more Chances R or Captain Phil for us!”
