The "service" Thanhson provided was awful. He can't speak English and is extremely difficult to understand. The information he gave us was wrong, and he did not apologize!! They do not know how to do their job and are very unprofessional.
Please be warned and avoid at all costs. Vikit Tours deserves ZERO stars, but that isn't an option on here.

No stars - Our agent planned a short, one week vacation for us. We ended up on flights - both directions - with two stopovers which meant two full days just getting to and from our hotel. We had expected our agent to get us on direct flights as instructed - didn't realize our mistake until it was too late. We did not feel the least bit looked after or cared for. We would never use this agent again or refer her to our friends.

Chris Shoemaker was fantastic! Got me great rates, one of the names on my ticket was not input correctly and before I could even get my email off to her to change it she was on the phone with Air Canada to fix it! Great work, will totally use this place again!

Was good, only complaint is that the process to buy a cruise with expedia is very slow (due to their providers) and they require waivers for insurance. (Based on the difficulty - I would think they get paid from the insurance?!)
