I booked a family trip to Mexico with Nita last week. She was honest about what she thought of certain resorts and didn't try to upsell me on anything. She also promptly clarified all the invoice details for my family when questions arose. Great service!

I went on the cruise with this company. Everything was organized fast and seamless.

The city of Kawartha lakes are nothing more then a cabal of criminal racketeers. In my opinnion they feel it's ok to use fraud, extortion and coercion on the people who generate their income! They should provide negative bolshevik red stars to score these fasciest commies! Since when is a government that calls itself a corportion a government of the people for the people? Kawartha lakes government is illegitimate made up of usurpers! Andy Letham, Bryan Robinson and the rest of these soft handed freeloader parasites show up for their photo op on a project with cufflinks and a clean little shovel In their hand (gag) acting like they built the place but do nothing but eat the sandwiches. Not only are they paracites, they are toxic to the community; in my opinnion due to whoever lobbies them. Obviously they're traitors who're working against us!

They have no machine to take a credit card payments. They Insist on writing credit card numbers and expiry dates on paper with your signature If lost, your card could be used improperly. This is a stupid practice. Don't agree to it. Ended up cancelling my holiday because they were unable to process my payment securely. The travel agent offered no value added. The travel agent looked up on his computer publicly available information. Any reasonably intelligent person can do the job the agent did without any training. The hours of operation are terrible. The agent was inaccessible to me. I'm sorry that I went to this agent. I lost my booking. I could have booked the holiday easily myself. The agent turned out to be a nuisance to deal with.

I had communicated thoroughly with a representative when booking a trip to China. I only needed two flights - one from Buffalo to NYC and from NYC to Beijing. Later discovered that only the flight to China was booked! How was I supposed to get to NYC? Not to mention I said exactly what flight I wanted from Buffalo to NYC! I will not be booking with them again.

Great Butler services, meet and assist and meeting handling all was on time and perfect!
