my wife & I recently travelled to Puerto Vallarta & travelled option plus with Transat Airlines. It was the most amazing flying experience we've ever had. The food was amazing, the flight attendants were so nice and always asking if we need anything. We had a huge variety of movies, TV shows etc to watch. We will definitely will fly with Transat again & again. It was well worth the extra $100.00 each way to be comfortable. Thank you Transat for making our flight so enjoyable.

I highly recommend going elsewhere for your insurance and roadside assistance. The service we received during our claim (hit and run at a red light, no-fault accident) was horrendous. We paid our deductible upfront, and now that we went through the legal process and the other party has plead guilty, AMA has decided to stop returning our calls in order to get our deductible refunded. Then, when our insurance renewal came in, they raised our rates by nearly 25%. Apparently, even though it was not a fault, they changed their policy to include at-fault accidents into their considerations for a discount. TL:DR - They raised their rates, provided poor customer service during a claim, and then removed discounts due to a policy change on their end.

Went and spoke to Stacey today about opening a travel account so I could pay off a trip slowly for the bext year. She was fantastic to deal with and was able to meet my slightly odd request. Would recommend to anyone hoping to book a trip.

I met Blaine while I was working on a liveaboard and he was the group leader of 18 guests. From the start he was extremely professional and I was grateful to have him take such good care of his guests and our crew. When he saw the regs I was using, he talked to me about the benefits of using a Hollis system, and a few months later I was a proud owner of a Hollis 500SE regulator. Since getting the regs from Platinum Scuba, I've been able to ask questions any time of day and been given detailed, professionayl answers that were helpful, and I've had my regs serviced and rebuilt in a timely and affordable fashion. I wouldn't go to another dive shop if I was forced to (I live in Ontario and would rather ship across country for the best possible service). The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and enthusiastic kayakers themselves. They don’t try and upsell you. They are affordable priced as well.
