AssalamuAlikum, Me and my son went with Al Madinah Hajj travel to perform hajj this year. Their services were excellent in all aspect. I had no issue what so ever. walk to Jamarat was guided by the stuff members. we were lucky to have one of the Imam's wife with us which was very helpful for ladies with various questions.I urge future Hajjis to do a little research about how to perform hajj and meaning of Hajj before leaving. I was very happy with the services I received .

Never do any business with them. The guy Azar Sidiqi (Sid) is one of the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I booked a flight with him and went to airport to check in and there was nothing in their system no record I called him to figure out the problem he was so rude with the airline staff and then switched off his phone. I had to come back and spend the next day booking another flight. Never trust anything he says.

TourRadar abused their power through the friend referral program, by behaving highly unprofessionally towards me. They intercepted a tour hold I made, subtracted travel credit from my account, accused and questioned me and my account's legitimacy over 24 days, and placed limitations on my TourRadar account. During this period, they neglected requests for a response time frame, for the subtracted travel credit amount to be returned (as previously promised), and for contact information for someone whom I could speak to (during a follow-up call I initiated after weeks of unresponsiveness). Despite a membership that began 2015, these events have betrayed my support in this company.

The staff at Vacation Travel Centre are very pleasant! They were very accommodating of my needs and they have helped me to plan many successful vacations! I would definitely recommend them for both your leisure needs and your business ventures!

Had bad experience with Meridian travel. Service level is not on par with Canadian standards.

Mike I do not know if he is the owner or employee but I feel sorry for the company. I went to buy a ticket and apply for a Visa for China, after calling several times to see what time they are opening and my sole purpose was to buy a ticket and get a visa for China. I arrived September 26th, 2017 in the afternoon, I found a secretary, receptionist that she looked nervous, new on the job maybe a few days, one of her colleague or MIke maybe left her alone went to the airport to pick up some people and they left this young girl that had no clue which she admitted. We were patience with her she tried to help us out and while she was laughing and joking, she called Somona some other place, she arranged for out ticket and tried to fill up the application for China Consultant. We received a call from MIke he was very rude, mean, obnoxious maybe he had a bad day as he was explaining that on our visa application the driver's licences was missing which is understandable and without any communication he said I will return your money and come pick up your stuff and hang up on us. Now he is telling us the ticket the girl called the person who sold us the ticket is not from his office and he is not returning out ticket luckily we do not need visa for Hong Kong. It is very easy to take a Visa on the border to China. Do not deal with these people be aware.
