Travel Agency

Not at all recommended, No customer services and value of time. they promise to call back but never get back to you. worst service ever....

Very rude staff

you buy ticker for 1520$. air Canada charge you 300$ for cancelation and they will charge you 450$ and you will get refund 770$. no explanation. please book online. do not visit. there is no option lower than one star. i will give them -0 star

I wrote an email to their general inquiry line to request help with a trip but received no response. I inquired again through email 2 weeks later making the same general inquiry. I received an auto generated email that said inquiries take 48 hours to get to (understandable). Over 1 week later I received and email back saying: 'Hello, Thank you for your e-mail. You asked about airfare. We are not able to assist with airline travel. We only offer timeshare resort reservations.' That's it, no follow up as to how they might be able to assist me with my trip. My original inquiry was fairly open ended and I would have been open to the potential of booking a timeshare or resort vacation. I have never received good customer service from this company. I will not ever go here to book my vacations and I would certainly recommend that my friends use alternate services. I only give 1 star because I have to in order to submit this review. Otherwise I rate it zero. Hands down zero!!! Thanks to Joellen M from Heroes Vacation Club Customer Service for losing a customer.

GREAT TRAVEL TICKET DEALS

They just want to sell you the ticket and not take care of it after if any changes you want to make even though you are paying.
