Werry good service

Shanon is amazing. She is quick to help, reply and solve any and all questions or concerns. Our first trip, we were supposed to go to cabo and a hurricane hit. she had mere days to help a huge group find a new hotel to stay and she did, perfectly. Our next trip had a few snags as well. She worked her magic and solved our problems we had with seat booking within 15 minutes. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend them for a worry free vacation.

Our Travel Agent from Sears Travel provided my family and I with the single worst travel experience we have ever had. To start off she booked the wrong dates and we had to catch the problem. Once we caught the problem they wanted to charge us $350 each to make flight changes, on a mistake they made. We couldn't front that kind of money, so we accepted losing a day in Rome. They told us they would give us a Travel credit of $350 to make up for the lost day and their mistake (this was prior to us paying in full for the trip). Upon returning from the trip we called 2 different people and no one would return our calls. Finally the regional manager responded and said they could not offer the Travel credit because it was not worth that much. We have in writing that they would give this, so still fighting it. It was our fault for not catching the mistake sooner (no joke that is what she actually said). Under no circumstances would I ever recommend someone book anything through Sears Travel. Agents don't know what they are doing, terrible customer service, deceitful company. I won't even shop at Sears after this disaster. Not surprised this company is in financial trouble.

Actually hard to describe, sent travel request April 29 and never did get a response from them. Booked with another agency who was actually responsive and thanked us for our business.

Awesome retreat. Great mix of wilderness, beautiful views, and creature comforts.

Beautiful place, very clean.

Very friendly lots of options everything included no hidden fees

So helpful! Amazing staff! Thanks

Good place for vacation deals. Great staff. They have been in this location for awhile now. This is in downtown Kelowna and has minimal parking street side. Handicap parking on every block.
