All accommodations were clean and comfortable, and offered safe and plentiful food. All the representatives, tour guides (Beshoy in Cairo and Wael in Luxor/Aswan) and Egyptian people were very friendly as well as knowledgeable. They were happy to share their cultural and historical insights and were always available should any information or assistance be required. Their presence and guidance added tremendously to our experience. Every detail of our vacation was looked after and anticipated- really our only responsibility was to show up on time and to have a fun adventure every day. This was truly a memorable holiday and we know that it will be the vacation that all our other vacations in the future will be compared to. Unreliable and poor communication. However it does depend on the agent you deal with. Because of the lack of communication and poor customer service I went on to another company.
