Thought the lady at the front was a little rude. Not polite, not friendly, not helpful. I went in to ask a question about getting a Thai visa and she basically told me that unless I was booking my trip with them, she wasn't the slightest bit interested in helping me (even though I was the only person in the building). What she didn't realize is that I had another trip planned that I definitely needed a travel agent for. No chance I'd go back there...

Heart and Soul tours provided our private group with an excellent day touring the Naramata and Summerhill region. Bill was courteous, extremely knowledgeable of the area and history of the wine region. Our group was provided with four well thought out inteniaries which provided us with a mix of new wineries we had not visited in the past, and some old favourites. I would absolutely plan another trip with Heart and Soul and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for customer focused oakanagan wine tour!!

Awesome experience. You must give it a try. Looks scary but it's not scary at all. Spencer is super nice to all the participants. Make sure to book ahead of time they get super busy. We were a family of four but only two of us were able to go because they didn't had more room on the boat. I wish I had booked it ahead of time. Overall very good

Kevin and Lou with Apres Tours are top notch. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our group's flight was very late and arrived in Kelowna 1.5 hours after the tour was supposed to start, and Kevin completely rearranged the tour for us and even had us picked up at the airport! He made what could have been a very stressful situation much more relaxed. A big thank you to everyone at Apres for such an enjoyable afternoon, even though we were very late for it!
