Very nice condos. More upkeep/ repairs to damaged blinds, coat-hooks, and hot tubs would be appreciated. The value is very good.

Very friendly staff

Building was easy to find and keys were ready for our arrival in the lock box. The villa was even larger than we expected and each of our teenagers were able to have their own bed. The full size kitchen was just like home and made it easy to feed the whole family. We loved avoiding the drive to the ski hill since everyone could put on their skis/boards right by the building and head straight down to the lift. Overall a very clean, nicely decorated place for an affordable price. Plus it could actually fit our whole family! Would recommend to anyone planning to stay in Kimberley.

Fabulous Experience! Great Guide, Great Gear, Great Trails and Great Snow. This is a must for anyone looking for a truly unique outdoor experience in the Rocky Mountains. The business is run by young couple (Leah and Jeff) who make the whole experience very welcoming, safe and fun. Jeff is a great guide and Leah is a wonderful host.

Poor service. Little information provided on outset, no written contract provided, refused to refund deposits when unable to attend or not wanting to attend after destination was hit by 2 hurricanes.

I came to Canada for my first time ever leaving my family in India to go to royal roads. I got to yyj and was supposed to be picked up by a host famil and they never came. I met Kelly at the shuttle desk and asked for assistance using the phone to keep calling the family. She asked me if I was ok. I told her what has happened. I lost all hope and was so scared. She made many calls to help me find emergency place for the night. She offered to buy me food and told me not to worry that she would take me to her home if she had to because it was Sunday and even security at royal roads was not answering. I felt safe then and had hope for my stay in Canada because Kelly was so kind. She got me picked up in taxi and to university all while she answered phones and helped other customers. I made it to my orientation for the next day and would love to tell you how amazing Kelly was to me and she is a very kind person and employee.
