Really Really Worst company, They treat customers really bad. Wont recommend at all. The worst service I have ever faced in my life. Their operators threaten you mid way, and its all chinese clientiel. Save your money do avoid.

Alicia Baum went above and beyond to change our flight destination days before we were scheduled to leave. Her and the team at Vaughn Mills Flight Centre were quick to action and extremely helpful. Overall, a really comfortable booking experience amidst an abrupt change in travel plans. Thank you team!

It was fun time, the place is good and concept is amazing. we did the descent into zatra's tomb. Initially we were just roaming around and trying to figure out what to do but afterwords we were right on the track. Although we couldn't finish it. It is place to visit worth for fun.

Dealing with Suntur Travel Inc. you may face experience of a lifetime! My wife and I decided to use a travel agency for a vacation package. We had been referred to Caro Savinetti from Suntur Travel Inc., so Mr. Savinetti offered us a package from ‘Sunwing Vacation’. He suggested to purchase a travel insurance plan, so I agreed. At the time of our departure, as we were going through custom security I noticed that one of our passports was missing and notified the security immediately. The passport fell into the conveyer through the rollers, and security were not able to recover the passport at that time so we had to miss our flight. The next morning I received a phone call from the Canadian Air Transport Security Authority (CATSA) notifying me that they manage to retrieve the missing passport. I called my agent to explain him our situation, as I mention that I had one of our passports got misplaced Carlo Savinetti interrupt my conversation and told me losing my passport is not of his concern and when I asked him about insurance coverage he told me no and that’s my problem. I called the Travel Insurance personally and when I explain my situation, the representative told that we are completely covered. I went to my agent in person to request an invoice for my clam and Carlo refused and told me to go to hell. Bottom line is I got a courtesy apology from the CATSA, great assistance from the travel insurance and Sunwing representative, and the most arrogant attitude person from Suntur Travel Inc.
