It was just plain, simple pleasure. The presentation was very informative and interesting, but even more appealing was the willingness of the the presenter to answer the questions and engage in the discussion with the audience related to the topics and some that strayed away a bit. The observatory was an experience of its own kind, in its own right, mind blowing at times. With so much history behind it, so many stellar achievements, so much expertise at hand, it is almost unbelievable the whole facility has been retired and decommissioned. I fully understand that the urban growth and the glow that it brings significantly impacted the research abilities of the observatory, but I'm sure there are enough many black/dark spots within 10-20km around the city that a feasible one could have been found and everything moved to, had there been enough will and foresight. This way, it sadly looks like another AVRO. Still, we'll go there again, at least once more, but I suspect it will be more than that...

We got to know about Serandib Travel through an acquaintance about 5 years ago, and since then we have been using their services. We have made many travel arrangements through their travel agency in Markham. In our recent travel to India, they made sure that we got a reasonable rate for our flights; the guide who was assigned for us in Chennai, was very accommodating and abided to our requests and even last minute travel changes were well incorporated into the itinerary. We have recommended their services to many of our family members and friends. Keep up the good work Serandib Travel.

Poor sales reccomendation of Interhome apartment rental in Venice Italy Campo San Tavaso, 13 people, 3 apartments, 2/3 very poorly kept. The bottom floor 5 person was disgusting , musty smell for 5 days, mold, bugs, leaks. This is the most pathetic place we have stayed in over 10 European Vacations. It would suggest they do not visit the places they sell !
