Travel Agency

NEVER NEVER GO THIS PLACE, this place cannot do anything other than rip off. They charge you 50% higher than the actual cost, arrange you the shittiest hotel in Australia, and claimed that is was 4 star, by " 1950s" standard....... Then the driver is your tour guide, who cannot speak any English, and openly promote you to obtain Australian citizenship through fake marriage, not only that, driving while texting on the phone on long haul route! It is extremely embarrassing to have these type of people live in Canada, I mean literally they do not deserve it. Basically a group of liars, sit here lying every single day, while our government legislatures chose to turn a blind eye on this issue. At the end, they said it has nothing to do with them, and customers are the one to suffer......

Today i went into this store at this location in Lansdown mall on Sept 8,2016 at 6:55pm hoping to plan for a trip to Asia, I cannot believe the HORRIBLE RUDE service this asian man provided. No words can describe the WORST service and poor mannerism this asian man provided. This man literally made me feel as though i was a BEGGAR, wasting his time by asking him a question. This agent deserves to be fired for working in this company, such poor work ethics. I will definitely tell all my friends and my company NEVER to purchase airfares or travels packages from this location in Lansdowne. I feel horrible for the owner of M's travel for having such a horrible employee working on the day of Sept 8,2016 at 6:55pm

Inadequate service and unprofessional conduct tainted my experience with Tourmasters Travel. I dealt with the agency for a corporate booking that required a flight. After deciding on an itinerary with one of the agents, I immediately sent an email to confirm the ticket. The agent did not respond to my email until the following day and only responded to inform me that the price of my flight had gone up 30% because quoted prices are only valid for the same day. The price increase was the responsibility of the agent and a result of her untimely response. Despite this, she refused to acknowledge her mistake or offer compensation. To make matters worse, when the time came to pay for the flight, the agent requested that I send my credit card information to her personal phone via text message—as if!
