Very disappointed! Our family have dealt with Lindsay Adler for many years and have always been tremendously satisfied, she is great!
Went in three weeks ago and she was not available so dealt with Melissa. Asked for help in getting a package to New York City.
She assured us she would make it top priority because we were on a short time frame. Needless to say, we are still waiting for any sort of response! No phone call or email at all, so I would hate to see how long it would take if it wasn't urgent!

Don't go there. I was charged a higher amount than agreed on and when trying to cancel said I couldn't when it actually could have being done as by the operator. I would never recommend this place

Reading add in sat spec. Needed magnifying glass to read tours. Even with the magnifier could not read what was beside the picture.
